Apple puff pastry roses

Hello everyone, today we are going to make a light and easy dessert

Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes

For 6 people


Ingredients:

- 1 pre-rolled pure butter puff pastry

- 3 apples

- 100g applesauce

- Icing sugar


Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough and cut it into 3 cm wide strips. Cut each strip in half widthwise.

  2. Cut the apples using a mandoline to obtain strips approximately 2 cm thick. Pre-cook them for 10 minutes in a pan of boiling water to soften them.

  3. Deposit applesauce on the lower part of a strip of dough, then place 6 or 7 apple strips on the upper part, making them fit together. overlap slightly, letting them stick out. Fold the strip of dough over the apples, then roll everything to form a rose.

  4. Place the roses in a muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with sprinkled icing sugar. Enjoy!!!!
