Cordon bleu

Hello everyone, today we're going to make cordons bleus, much better than the ones you find in the supermarket in France.

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves 4


- 4 chicken fillets

- 4 slices of your favourite cheese

- 4 slices ham

- 100g breadcrumbs

- 100g flour

- 2 eggs


  1. Grind the chicken. Form 4 equal balls of chicken. Flatten into a round shape.

  2. On half of each round, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Close the chicken on half and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  3. Put the uncooked cords in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs. Return them to the eggs, then to the breadcrumbs.

  4. In a large oiled frying pan, cook the cordons bleus over low heat for 5 minutes on each side.

  5. Enjoy with a side dish arriving next week.
