Onion rings

Hello everyone, today we're going to make a quick and tasty aperitif.

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves 5


- 3 onions

- 150g flour (1 cup)

- 75g corn flour (Maïzena®) (1/2 cup)

- 150g water (1 cup)

- salt

- pepper

- 150g breadcrumbs

- Neutral or sunflower oil


  1. Cut the onions into thick slices and separate the onion rings.

  2. Mix the flours, water, salt and pepper. Dip the onion rings in this mixture, then cover with breadcrumbs.

  3. Bring the oil to the boil and fry the onions until golden.

  4. Enjoy with a little salt on top!
