The little chicken wrap

Hello everyone, today is the homemade chicken wrap

Preparation time: 25 minutes. For 4 people


Ingredients:

- 50g spinach

- 5cl of water

- 150g wholemeal flour

- 3 chicken breasts

- 1 carrot

- 250g of natural yogurt

- 1/2 yellow lemon

- Coriander

- Salt

- Guacamole (recipe in fajitas)


Preparation:

  1. Mix the spinach and water. Then mix the wholemeal flour to form small balls of dough. Reserve in cling film and let them rest.

  2. Cut the chicken into cubes and brown it in the pan. Mix the grated carrot, yogurt, chopped coriander and lemon juice in a bowl. Salt and pepper.

  3. Flour the dough balls then roll them out with a rolling pin. Cook the wraps for 3 minutes on each side in the pan.

  4. Prepare the guacamole with the homemade recipe that is in the fajitas.

  5. Garnish the wrap with the yogurt mixture and the chicken pieces as well as the guacamole.

  6. Enjoy!!!

Serving tip: Place some cherry tomatoes and salad leaves on the plate
