Custard cream

Hello everyone, today we will make a custard cream

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes

For 30cl of cream


Ingredients:

- 3 egg yolks

- 50g powdered sugar

- 20g of flour

- 25cl of whole milk

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar


Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yolks with the sugars until the mixture turns white, then quickly stir in the flour.

  2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.

  3. Mix the contents of the bowl with a little boiling milk and pour it back into the pan while whisking.

  4. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, until the cream thickens. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the cream to a bowl.
