Puff pastries with raw ham, rosemary and cream cheese

Hello everyone, today is aperitif

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 20 to 30 minutes

For 4 people


Ingredients:

- 1 puff pastry

- A few slices of raw ham

- 100g fresh cheese

- A few sprigs of rosemary


Preparation:

  1. Spread the cheese all over the puff pastry.

  2. Put the ham then the rosemary on top

  3. Cut the dough in half vertically.

  4. Roll it on itself then cut it into half centimeter lengths.

  5. Put them in the oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes.

  6. Enjoy these puff pastries with raw ham and a good aperitif!!!
