Hello everyone, today is a pastry workshop
Preparation time: 10 minutes Chilling time: 1h30
For 450 g of dough
Ingredients:
- 120 g soft butter
- 60g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 pinches of salt
- 220g flour
Preparation:
Mix the butter with the sugar, egg and salt with a whisk without trying to obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the flour and finish kneading the dough quickly by hand. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour, ideally 1 night.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, wrap it around the rolling pin and place it on the pan. Trim the excess dough by passing the rolling pin over the edge of the mould. Put this one 30 min in the refrigerator.
Protect the dough with a disc of parchment paper, weight it with baking beads (or pulses) and pre-cook it for the time indicated in the recipe .
