Hello everyone, today we will make the famous Italian dessert
Serves 8 Prep time: 15 minutes Chilling time: 1 night
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 500g of mascarpone
- 16 sponge cookies
- 20cl of espresso
- 10cl of marsala
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar a little at a time halfway through. Whisk the yolks with the mascarpone, then mix the preparations gently with a flexible spatula.
Dip the cookies into the coffee mixed with the marsala, arranging them in individual bowls or a bowl as you go. Cover with the mixture and chill for at least one night.
Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving.
