Hello everyone, today we will make a beef tartare
Preparation time: 45 minutes For 5 people
Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 shallot (or half an onion)
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 500 g of very lean beef (by the butcher)
- 2 tablespoons of basil (optional)
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- A few drops of Tabasco
- A pinch of salt and some pepper
Preparation:
Peel the garlic clove and the shallot, then finely chop them. Seed the sweet pepper and then chop it too.
Place the beef in a salad bowl, add the shallot, the garlic, the basil, the sweet pepper, the olive oil, the lemon juice, Tabasco, some salt, and some pepper.
Mix all these ingredients well with a spoon, taste, and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Place the salad bowl in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes
Divide the tartare among the plates in small domes. Sprinkle a little basil and serve very fresh.
