Breaded Fish Burger

Hello everyone, today we are going to make a very good burger

Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 6 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

- 4 burger buns

- 4 steaks of pollack of 150g each

- 40g of flour

- 2 organic egg whites

- 50g of breadcrumbs

- 3 avocados

- 4 to 8 salad leaves of your choice

- 2 spring onions

- 4 slices of cheddar cheese

- 25g of semi-salted butter

- Olive oil

- Fine salt

- Juice of half a lemon

For the sauce:

- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce

- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce

- Juice of half a lemon

Preparation:

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha sauce, the oyster sauce and the lemon juice in a bowl. Set aside. Cut buns in half crosswise.

  2. In three soup plates, pour flour, egg whites and bread crumbs. Season the fish steaks with fine salt, then dip them first in the flour, tapping them to remove the excess, then in the egg whites, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Place the breaded salmon on a plate in a cool place to finish your recipe.

  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit with the heel of your large kitchen knife: tap your knife along the sink with a sharp blow, this will make the pit fall out safely. Do not try to remove it by hand. Peel the avocado halves by hand and slice them thinly, keeping the shape of the avocado half, then press lightly to flatten them. Set aside on a plate. Cut the salad into 1 cm wide strips and season with half a lemon. Chop the spring onions and fry in a pan until golden brown. Keep the two ingredients separate.

  4. Heat a pan with a dash of olive oil and a piece of butter. Let it foam and lightly color, then put the fish steaks to brown over medium heat. After 3 minutes, turn them over and continue cooking for another 3 minutes over medium heat. Put the buns in the toaster.

  5. On the bottom of the buns, spread 1 spoonful of sauce, place a little lemon salad, half an avocado and on top of the breaded fish, a piece of cheddar cheese to melt in the flashlight, 1 spoonful of sauce, onions and close with the cap. Make a small salad with the avocado, the onions and the remaining salad. Taste it!

Here's a photo of how it turned out:

I hope you enjoyed it!

See you!
