Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 200g of cooked rice
- salt
- pepper
- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 onion
- Garlic powder
- 4 sprigs of chives
- 10 cl of heavy cream
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces, put them in a salad bowl with the soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, chives and curry powder. Leave to rest for an hour.
Afterwards, fry the onion with a little olive oil, once slightly caramelized, put the meat.
When the meat starts to cook, add little by little the fresh cream (thick or liquid), add curry according to your taste on the meat.
Mix well, add salt and pepper. Put the rice in cups and place the chicken on top.
Enjoy your meal!
