Hello everyone, today we are going to do our 4th poke bowl
Ingredients:
- 15 g of mozzarella (or another cheese that you like)
- 20 g of cherry tomatoes
- 10 g of cucumber
- 40 g of semolina
- 6 shrimps
- 50 g of broccolis (according to your taste)
- 25 g of zucchini
Preparation:
Two hours before, do the marinade for the shrimps (recipe on my site). Then, put the marinade in a compartment with the shrimps inside. Put it in the fridge.
Cut in half the mozzarella, the cherry tomatoes, and cut the cucumber and the zucchini into cubes.
Cook the semolina, the broccolis, the zucchini and the marinated shrimps.
Take a deep plate, arrange the ingredients and taste the poke bowl!!!
