Tomato sauce on a slice of bread

Hello everyone, today we will make a small aperitif

Preparation: 10 minutes Refrigerate for 1 hour Serves 4


Ingredients:

- 2 tomatoes

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 8 slices of good bread

- Salt


Preparation:

  1. Scald the tomatoes for 30 seconds after incising them, then peel them. Chop the flesh. Peel the garlic cloves. Chop them and put them in a bowl with the tomatoes in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  2. Toast your bread and spread the tomato mixture on the bread. Enjoy!
